Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
We accept payment via approved payment providers, including debit/credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.
WHEN YOUR ORDER BECOMES AN ORDER
After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and us is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
Payment cannot be authorised
Fraud is suspected
Products are unavailable
Pricing errors occur
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated delivery times shown on our website, but delays may occasionally happen.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods transfers only when full payment has been received. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Your right to change your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the items. To do this, contact us at theteam@karenbetts.com
Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.

We can’t accept returns on personalised items, or anything that’s been opened or used, unless it’s faulty.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to products that are:

If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time with photographic evidence where possible.

KB Pen Launch Offer Terms & Conditions
These terms cover the KB Pen Launch Offer, including the £95 complete Pen, two complimentary Lip cartridges, free standard delivery and the first 1,000 redemptions.
1. The Offer
Customers who purchase a complete KB Pen for £95 will receive:
- One KB Pen, including their choice of cap and barrel.
- One cartridge of their choice: Lip, Eye or Brow.
- Two additional Lip cartridges of their choice, at no extra cost, from the available Lip shade range.
- Free standard delivery.
The two complimentary Lip cartridges have a combined recommended retail value of £50, based on a standard retail price of £25 per cartridge.
2. Promotional Period and Availability
The offer is available until the first 1,000 eligible customers have redeemed it.
The promotion will end once 1,000 eligible orders have been placed and accepted, or earlier if KB withdraws the offer in accordance with these terms.
The offer is subject to availability of the KB Pen and cartridge shades. No alternative or substitute product is guaranteed if a particular shade or component is unavailable.
3. Eligibility and Redemption
The offer is available on purchases of a complete KB Pen made through the official KB website during the promotional period.
Customers must add the complete KB Pen and select their preferred cap, barrel, initial cartridge and two complimentary Lip cartridges as part of the same order.
The two complimentary Lip cartridges may be selected from any available Lip shades offered at the time of purchase.
The offer is limited to one promotional redemption per order. Customers may place multiple separate orders, subject to the overall limit of 1,000 eligible redemptions.
The complimentary cartridges cannot be claimed retrospectively against previous purchases or separate orders.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery is included at no additional charge with each eligible promotional order.
Any optional delivery upgrades or additional services, where offered, may incur an additional charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
5. Promotional Exclusions
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotional code or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise by KB.
The offer is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. Complimentary Lip cartridges cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative products.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, cancellations and refunds are subject to KB's standard Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
If a customer returns their KB Pen but retains either or both complimentary Lip cartridges, KB may deduct the value of the retained cartridges from the refund where legally permitted. Any such deduction will be calculated using the applicable retail value of £25 per cartridge and will be communicated to the customer.
Where a customer returns the complete promotional bundle, including the KB Pen and all three cartridges, the refund will be assessed in accordance with KB's Returns Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any statutory rights a customer may have, including applicable cancellation, refund or faulty-goods rights.
7. General Conditions
KB reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Any changes will not affect eligible purchases already completed.
KB reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse of the promotion or a pricing or technical error, subject to applicable law.
