Warranty Information

We are committed to the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty to give you confidence in your purchase. 

Warranty period 

All hardware products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. 

What is covered 

This warranty covers faults caused by: 

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects  
  • Mechanical failure under normal use  

If a fault occurs within the warranty period, we will work with you to repair or replace the product. 


What is not covered 

This warranty does not cover: 

  • Normal wear and tear  
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance such as minor scratches or discolouration 
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents  
  • Damage caused by improper storage or cleaning  
  • Lost or stolen items  
  • Consumable parts or refills  

Proof of purchase 

To make a warranty claim, you must provide: 

  • Order number or receipt
  • Description of the fault 
  • Photo or video showing the issue  

We are unable to process warranty claims without proof of purchase. 

If your item was a gift 

We’re happy to help. If you received your product as a gift, you can still make a warranty claim. 

If you don’t have the original order details, please provide as much information as possible (such as the purchaser’s name, delivery address or approximate purchase date), and we’ll do our best to locate the order. If a fault is confirmed, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement directly with you. 

How to make a claim 

To request a warranty replacement, please contact:

  • Your order number  
  • Description of the issue  
  • Photos or a short video demonstrating the issue 

Our team will review your claim, and we aim to respond within 2 business days.

Replacements 

If a fault is confirmed within the warranty period, we will: 

  • Repair the product, or 
  • Replace the product, or  
  • Provide an equivalent replacement  

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law.
