Responsibility for liability, however arising, in relation to this Website rests solely and exclusively with Karen Betts Professional. Access is provided to this Website in accordance with the Conditions set out here below. Any use of this Website including orders placed by You will be subject to these Conditions.

You are provided with access to the Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by You must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.
Registration
You warrant that: The Personal Information which You are required to provide when You register as a customer is true, accurate, and current and complete in all respects; and in particular You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that You are not authorised to use.
You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your Personal Information by contacting our client services team by email, or by calling us on 01977526085 between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday.
Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by You or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.
Our rights
We reserve the right to: Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and confirm that we shall not be liable to You or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If You do not agree to any change to the Conditions then You must immediately stop using the Website.

Following the result of our COVID-19 Risk Assessment, we can confirm that the risk of COVID-19 in our clinic areas is low as we have assessed all potential risks and put the relevant measures in place to prevent these. These measures include, but are not limited to:
• Increased frequency of strict cleaning measures.
• Clients to wear a face covering (unless exempt) and sanitise upon arrival.
• Our Elite Technicians are provided with the correct PPE and sanitize/replace all equipment in between clients.
• Clients are advised to attend their appointments alone.
All the measures in place are continually reviewed inline with Government advice.
Terms - Carbon Laser Facial
Payment (New Treatment)
The total price for your treatment is listed in your appointment details email which is sent separately. A 25% deposit of the full treatment cost is required to confirm your treatment booking with Us. This is taken at the point of booking either by our Client Services Team if you have booked via telephone (including options to pay via bank transfer or payment link), or via our Online Booking System if you have booked Online. The deposit is non refundable if you cancel or rearrange your booking within 48 hours of the treatment date. The balance of your treatment can be paid prior to or on your treatment day with Us.
Medical Health Questionnaire & Appointment Policy
Medical Questionnaire Requirement
All clients are required to complete a Medical Health Questionnaire and Consent Form prior to receiving treatment. These forms are essential for assessing suitability for your chosen service and ensuring client safety.
Non-Completion of Form
Failure to complete the Medical Health Questionnaire and Consent Form 48 hours prior to your appointment and in line with our Cancellation Policy may result in the refusal of treatment. In such cases, the appointment will be treated as a missed or cancelled appointment without sufficient notice.
Forfeiture of Fees
If treatment is refused due to non-completion of the required forms, or misrepresentation of information provided by you, the appointment will be cancelled and any monies already paid will be non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover administrative costs and to compensate for the reserved appointment time which could not be offered to another client.
Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to check their email, complete the forms in good time, and contact the clinic if they have not received the forms within a reasonable period after booking.
Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
Your booking is classed as Provisional and will only be Confirmed once payment of the deposit has been received, along with completed Medical Questionnaire & Consent Forms.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, road accidents and other force majeure, it may be necessary to cancel or postpone your treatment. Although every effort will be made to ensure all confirmed treatments take place, in the event that We are forced to cancel any booking we will endeavour to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time. For reasons that are beyond our control the company will not be held responsible for any additional expense incurred as a result of cancellations.
If you are deemed unwell upon arrival, we reserve the right to refuse to undertake the treatment. In such circumstances, your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and your 25% deposit will be retained. Should you wish to rebook, a new deposit will be required to secure a further appointment.
By booking with Karen Betts Limited, it is deemed that you have read and understood the above terms and conditions, that you agree to be bound by them and wish to undertake your treatment with Karen Betts Limited.
