Access

You are provided with access to the Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by You must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

Registration

You warrant that: The Personal Information which You are required to provide when You register as a customer is true, accurate, and current and complete in all respects; and in particular You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that You are not authorised to use.

You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your Personal Information by contacting our client services team by email, or by calling us on 01977526085 between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday.

Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by You or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.

Our rights

We reserve the right to: Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and confirm that we shall not be liable to You or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If You do not agree to any change to the Conditions then You must immediately stop using the Website.

Following the result of our COVID-19 Risk Assessment, we can confirm that the risk of COVID-19 in our clinic areas is low as we have assessed all potential risks and put the relevant measures in place to prevent these. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Increased frequency of strict cleaning measures.
• Clients to wear a face covering (unless exempt) and sanitise upon arrival.
• Our Elite Technicians are provided with the correct PPE and sanitize/replace all equipment in between clients.
• Clients are advised to attend their appointments alone.

All the measures in place are continually reviewed inline with Government advice.

Additional Promotional Terms and Conditions

• Consent must be given to case study photographs taken of before/after treatment for use on the Karen Betts website and socials.

• Only available on complimentary clinics days taking place between 1st September 2024 to 30th November 2024 (inclusive).

• Karen Betts Professional reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time. Only available on laser tattoo removal sessions. Can not be exchanged with any other treatment.
• No cash alternative given.
• If the participant has a permanent makeup treatment elsewhere after the course of promotional laser tattoo removal sessions, they will not be eligible for further sessions within the promotion.
• Does not include the removal of pigment from the lips or around the eyes.
• Maximum size of tattoo around the size of your palm.
• This promotion is valid for a maximum of 2 treatments. Further treatments may be payable.
• No intimate tattoos.
