We had a fantastic night celebrating 5 years of Katie's Charity Foundation.
In September Karen invited ladies who have all suffered hairloss for a confidence boosting make-over. It was a wonderful opportunity for Karen and her elite team to give a number of well deserving ladies their identity back.
On Sunday 26th October 2014, twenty nine Karen Betts trained permanent make up artists, sat the Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional exam (CPCP). This was the first time the international credentialing exam had been held in the UK and the first time EVER with such a large sitting, ALL PASSED!
We are thrilled to announce Karen has made yet another national awards shortlist. She has seen off strong competition from thousands of entrants to become a finalist for the NatWest everywoman Awards 2014, celebrating the business achievements of the UK’s best female entrepreneurs.
Following the success of our Gift of Confidence evening in November 2013, Karen Betts returns with a day dedicated to hair loss clients to celebrate the life-changing work permanent makeup can achieve.
Karen beat off strong competition from thousands of pioneering women to be shortlisted for the First Women Awards.
Karen joined a host of stars including Simon Cowell, the Duchess of York and Petra Nemcova at a glamorous charity ball in London last night which raised over £2,500,000 for national charity, Caudwell Children.
Karen is extremely honoured and humbled to have been nominated for the prestigious First Women Awards 2014.
Many of us are becoming more accustomed to seeing the smiling face of Karen Betts as she appears in a growing number of magazines and TV programmes, representing the elite of the permanent cosmetics industry - and this morning was no exception.
Despite being one of the industry’s most respected permanent makeup professionals, Karen is never one to shy away from the opportunity to exchange ideas and cast the seeds of new educational concepts.
